It's at 3717 Western Avenue in Alton. We're expecting to close on Feb. 23.
The house isn't perfect so it is going to take some work. Stay tuned to this page for updates as we go along :)
This is the front view of the house. We plan to paint it and do some much needed landscaping.
The living room just got painted, but I'm thinking we should paint it dark brown.
I'm hoping to redo the flooring and get a new couch ;)
The wood paneling makes the place look like the Great Northern from "Twin Peaks."
But we think we'll let this stay for now and worry about carpeting.
Both the bathroom and kitchen have been redone.
The water heater, furnace and A/C are new as of Sept. 2008. The roof is only four years old.
